Still Processing: Screening & talk on communal healing
Black History Month Belgium invites you to an evening of conversation and film. Moderator Marc Kapenda brings together psychologist Brenda Anyango, director Sonia Dorcas and producer Fouzia Sadala to explore what (communal) healing means to them and to all of us.
The conversation will be followed by a screening of "Still Processing", a poetic short film by Sonia Mutaganzwa and Jean Luc Niyonshuti that explores the ever-shifting nature of grief. Through a lyrical journey across the five stages of grief, the film reminds us that loss is not linear and that healing is often a cycle rather than a destination.
Come watch, listen and reflect together. Because healing isn’t out of reach, you’re just still processing.
